Lead the technical direction and execution for the Learning Management System (LMS), owning architecture, core functionality, and release pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage LMS architecture and core system functionality.
• Execute complex data migration tasks and database maintenance.
• Oversee database backup and restore processes to ensure data integrity.
• Implement security administration protocols across the platform.
• Direct development workflows using DevOps practices and Azure environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in LMS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the ASP.NET framework.
• Advanced SQL Server skills, including complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps methodologies.
• Experience managing database backups and restoration.
• Proven track record in data migration projects.
• Competency in security administration.
