Description

Manage and maintain Automation Anywhere RPA infrastructure across V11, A2019, and A360 versions.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer RPA platforms, including IQ Bot and Bot Insight.
• Monitor robots, manage user licenses, and handle account creation and role assignments in the Control Room.
• Troubleshoot environmental issues involving SQL DBs, credential vaults, and Windows servers.
• Perform root cause analysis for bot failures and manage incidents, requests, and changes via ITIL principles.
• Coordinate with cloud hosting teams and Automation Anywhere support to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in RPA platform administration.
• Strong understanding of Automation Anywhere architecture, including A360 model deployments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL DB troubleshooting within RPA platforms.
• Administrative experience with virtualization or cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Experience managing Windows servers (Wintel) and troubleshooting Active Directory.
• Knowledge of networking and firewall configurations for RPA deployment.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles for incident and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting A360 model deployments and hosting/upgrading RPA products.
