Description

Support SaaS and enterprise applications, ensuring data accessibility, system configuration, and user training for internal planning and business decisions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure, set up, and maintain SaaS and enterprise-wide applications to ensure minimal downtime.
• Load and manage data in established tables, fields, and system databases with high accuracy.
• Develop custom queries and build reports using flexible reporting tools to support management decisions.
• Define governance standards for data input, structure, and storage mechanisms.
• Train users, set up access, and liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors for support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise-wide software support.
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
• Ability to develop custom queries and build reports.
• Experience applying security designs and principles to technology solutions.
• Knowledge of database management, maintenance, and data quality control processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle.
