Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software solutions to implement new features and resolve defects. You own the full lifecycle from requirement analysis through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software updates, including feature enhancements, mockups, and wireframe demos.
• Execute validation procedures, including end-to-end, regression, load, performance, stress, and concurrent user testing.
• Manage documentation for user stories in Jira, job aids, support documents, and test reports.
• Perform gap analysis and collaborate with legal teams on privacy, purge, and retention requirements.
• Conduct defect tracking, review executed test cases, and lead team review meetings.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, and MVC.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, Web API, Web Services, and IIS.
• Experience validating test cases and scripts using Selenium.
• Strong background in gap analysis and software deployment flows.
• Ability to manage requirements through Jira user stories.
• Experience with software validation, including system and stress testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with two-factor authentication and microservices.
• Knowledge of Crestron Tablet configuration and Desk Reservation APIs.
