Lead development teams and own the end-to-end product lifecycle for equity trading systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and oversight for development teams.
• Manage product development and product management processes.
• Maintain and modernize legacy .NET systems.
• Design and manage SQL database structures.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of coding experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading development teams.
• Expertise in .NET Framework.
• Strong experience with SQL database structure.
• Deep understanding of Front Office trade flow, specifically equity trading or equity swaps.
• Proven experience working with legacy systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
