Description

You will drive integration architecture and technical direction for a team of 5 to 10 engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integration services using Request-Reply, Async, PubSub, Aggregation, Orchestration, Batch/File, REST API, and EDA patterns.
• Perform reverse engineering of the Tibco stack via automation, scripting, or AI modules.
• Migrate Tibco artifacts to alternative stacks like webMethods or IBM ACE.
• Lead a team of 5 to 10 engineers, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Build automation frameworks, utilities, and custom product components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a combination of Tibco and webMethods or Tibco and IBM ACE.
• Deep expertise in Tibco integration, messaging, event processing, and process management.
• In-depth knowledge of product architecture, native API configuration, deployable packages, libraries, and adapters.
• Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, YAML, REST API, and EDA.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience in stakeholder management and technical presentation.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 5 to 10 engineers.
