Description

You will lead technical direction and module ownership for complex software projects.

Responsibilities

• Determine technical requirements, project schedules, and resource allocation.
• Delegate tasks and monitor deliverables to ensure they meet user requirements.
• Identify technical risks and initiate contingency plans to mitigate impact.
• Manage technical debt using standard tools and oversee release events including Go/No-Go decisions.
• Monitor post-release performance and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least two modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Ability to own and manage complex software modules.
• Experience managing technical debt and release lifecycles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across departments.
• Proven ability to motivate teams during complex project phases.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a similar technical leadership or architect role.
