Description

Lead business analysis for PLM initiatives, integrations, and operational improvements across retail and apparel operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in merchandising, product development, sourcing, and planning to gather and document business and system requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment on scope and delivery.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps and recommend scalable improvements for PLM platforms like Lectra or Andromeda.
• Support and coordinate system integrations between PLM, ERP, and related enterprise applications.
• Lead testing activities, including test strategy creation, UAT coordination, defect management, and validation of enhancements.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, PLM Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise PLM systems in the apparel or retail industry.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements, leading workshops, and documenting functional specifications.
• Experience supporting PLM integrations with ERP and other enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, system implementations, and testing processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, SharePoint, Excel, and reporting/BI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lectra or Andromeda PLM platforms.
• SQL, reporting, or data analysis skills.
