Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution within an Agile environment.

You will own the translation of business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and translate them into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Organize development sprints and manage work items within software ticketing systems like Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot software systems and perform accurate testing to ensure quality.
• Summarize complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
• Proven ability to design, manage, analyze, and test software systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and testing capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Project Management (CPM) credentials.
• Scrum/Agile certifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and demand side management initiatives.
