You bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive accurate program delivery from concept to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and QA to guide solutions through Agile development sprints.
• Analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Support testing efforts by designing test plans, writing test scripts, and logging defects.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality before release.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar liaison role.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Strong ability to write technical user stories and organize development sprints.
• Experience in designing, managing, or testing software systems.
• Proven experience creating test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and Salesforce Testing.
• PMP certification or Scrum/Agile certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Background as a QA Tester with strong analytical skills.
