Description

Provide global technical support for CRM products by resolving complex issues and ensuring customer success.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, debug, and identify root causes of technical errors and user issues.
• Resolve customer needs within established SLAs.
• Analyze system interactions and integrations to assess the impact of application changes.
• Investigate technical problems, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues as required.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of technical support experience in Salesforce, .NET, or Java.
• Advanced SQL scripting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or SFDC.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• Experience managing validation rules and approval processes.
• Proven ability to apply logical thinking to root cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with programming languages including Visual Basic or C#.
