You manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for specialized software development and technical IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to source high-caliber candidates using industry networks, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct technical screenings to accurately differentiate between junior, mid-level, and senior skill sets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide consultation on market trends and candidate availability.
• Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified talent for software engineering, data, and cloud roles.
• Manage the candidate experience by providing consistent communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT services recruitment focusing on software developers and technical talent.
• Deep understanding of programming languages including Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of frontend and backend frameworks such as Angular, React, and Node.js.
• Experience sourcing for database expertise in SQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven ability to match technical skill levels to specific job requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
