Description

You will lead Application Performance Management implementations and technical client engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document client application landscapes, infrastructure, and pain points to define monitoring requirements.
• Execute full deployment of APM products, managing ongoing patch updates and upgrades.
• Analyze APM alerts to perform root cause analysis, fine-tune alerts, and identify infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Lead regular technical meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Train client monitoring teams on product features and proactive performance management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Management or Application Performance Management.
• Hands-on experience with APM tools, preferably Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in Linux commands, Shell, Python, or SQL scripting for troubleshooting.
• Experience working with distributed enterprise software products.
• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role as a professional services consultant or implementation engineer.
• Ability to analyze application architecture and IT operations workflows.
• Foundational knowledge of databases, middleware, or Windows Server administration.

Preferred Skills

• Prior development background in J2EE or .NET stacks.
