Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of ETL solutions while managing offshore engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to produce high-level design documents and detailed source-to-target data mappings.
• Lead offshore team members by prioritizing, allocating, and monitoring tasks to ensure quality compliance.
• Architect reusable components and oversee code migration and unit testing processes.
• Coordinate between onshore business teams and offshore developers to report project status weekly.
• Manage production support, including ETL process monitoring, failure handling, and transition to baseline production teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in ETL development and data mapping.
• Experience architecting solutions and developing reusable components.
• Proven ability to manage offshore development teams and task allocation.
• Experience with unit test plan development, execution, and documentation.
• Ability to support QA phases including INT, UAT, and Regression testing.
• Experience managing pre and post-implementation activities and production support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
