Description

Lead Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software projects through technical leadership and process facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving continuous improvement of methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance to developers to resolve complex challenges and make sound architectural decisions.
• Manage project progress, monitor timelines, and proactively mitigate technical or delivery risks.
• Champion quality assurance through code reviews, testing practices, and design reviews.
• Remove impediments to team progress and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure delivery.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate ORM.
• Experience managing and working with MySQL databases.
• Practical knowledge of Cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience leading Agile development teams and delivering software projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design reviews and implementing testing methodologies.
