Drive technical product strategy and roadmap for next-generation POS payment systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for POS credit card acceptance, including NFC, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and chip transactions.
• Own PCI-compliant storage and tokenized payment systems for mobile and in-store transactions.
• Lead the development of real-time fraud detection systems across all payment and loyalty flows.
• Deliver scalable POS solutions that enhance order throughput and reduce service time.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in technical product management with experience in POS, payments, or fintech.
• Strong technical background in payment systems, PCI compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Proven success in scaling high-availability platforms and integrating with third-party processors.
• Experience managing high-volume payment orchestration APIs supporting millions of daily transactions.
• Familiarity with processors like CyberSource, Worldpay, Chase, and PayPal.
• Experience with payment devices such as Verifone, Toast, Ingenico, Clover, and Square.
• Knowledge of network tokenization and least-cost routing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining solutions for digital payments in-store, such as app-based QR codes.
