Description

You will lead technical program management for high-visibility marketplace initiatives, aligning engineers, product managers, and scientists to deliver features that enhance the customer shopping experience. You will provide technical direction and business insight to shape strategy for Featured Merchant Algorithm systems, driving launches that impact the largest marketplace platform in human history.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex programs ensuring alignment across technical and non-technical teams throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to define and execute business strategy for algorithm management.
• Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee systems handling 5+ million requests per second across hundreds of millions of products and billions of offers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data technologies.
• Proven experience in Algorithm Management for large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong background in Product Management and Business Strategy.
• Expertise in Stakeholder Management and Leadership Communication.
• Experience with Cross-functional Collaboration in complex technical environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), data analytics, and strategic planning.
• Background in marketplace platforms, retail technology, or senior leadership engagement.
