Good to Have Skills: Experience with Alexa and AI-powered virtual assistants, knowledge of Responsible AI (RAI) solutions, familiarity with generative AI technologies, understanding of NLP and CV backgrounds, experience with ML solutions development, knowledge of policy, privacy, security and safety guardrails, experience with science-based project management, and leadership review meeting presentations to directors and VPs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make critical decisions on customer needs and guide the delivery priorities of engineering and science teams.
• Manage science based projects and build release schedules in coordination with engineering teams for successful launches.
• Collect data and measure delivery outcomes to ensure solutions meet customer experience expectations aligned with leadership goals.
• Build relationships and manage by influence in a matrix organization to solve complex AI problems within tight timelines.
• Own project execution, progress tracking, success metrics and status communication in Leadership Review meetings to directors and VPs.
• Manage project risks, remove project blockers and resolve issues to ensure timely feature delivery and project success.
• Scope and deliver large projects end-to-end including collecting requirements, writing specifications and coordinating design implementation efforts
