Lead technical program management for high-visibility marketplace initiatives, aligning engineering, product, and science teams to deliver features that enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex programs ensuring alignment across technical and non-technical teams throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to define and execute business strategy for algorithm management.
• Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Provide technical direction and business insight to shape strategy for Featured Merchant Algorithm systems.
• Oversee systems handling 5+ million requests per second across hundreds of millions of products.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data technologies.
• Proven experience in Algorithm Management for large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong background in Product Management and Business Strategy.
• Expertise in Stakeholder Management and Leadership Communication.
• Experience with Cross-functional Collaboration in complex technical environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), data analytics, and strategic planning.
• Background in marketplace platforms, retail technology, or senior leadership engagement.
