Description

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI and technical programs, coordinating engineering and science teams to meet customer and leadership goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver projects from requirements gathering through specification, design, and implementation.
• Build release schedules and manage delivery priorities in coordination with engineering and science teams.
• Track project progress, manage risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Collect data and measure delivery outcomes to verify solutions meet customer experience expectations.
• Present status and success metrics in Leadership Review meetings to directors and VPs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, matrix-organized projects with tight timelines.
• Experience with AI technologies, including generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision backgrounds.
• Strong leadership and influence skills to drive alignment across engineering and science teams.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, risk management, and defining success metrics.
• Experience with science-based project management methodologies.
• Ability to write clear specifications and coordinate design implementation efforts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Alexa or AI-powered virtual assistants.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI (RAI) solutions, policy, privacy, security, and safety guardrails.
• Familiarity with ML solutions development.
