Description

Lead cross-functional teams from design through delivery to execute strategic initiatives and drive technical consensus across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and finance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical workflows between engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain groups.
• Identify project risks early, develop recovery plans, and communicate status to executive stakeholders.
• Review technical deliverables against product management requirements and manage budget tracking.
• Translate product needs into technical specifications and operate operational processes including procurement and scaling from Proof of Concept.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project, program, development, or product management.
• 5+ years of direct Technical Program Management experience.
• Deep background in Agile iterative development processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex problems and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong technical project management skills and business acumen.
• Expertise in detailed report writing and creating professional presentations for executives.
• PMP, PgMP, CPM, or DAU certifications.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, finance, or business.
