Description

You will lead service engagements and automation initiatives, ensuring they are delivered within budget, scope, and quality constraints.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of RPA and custom solutions from initiation through implementation.
• Define program vision for clients to drive automation value and increase product utilization.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and issues using risk registries and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and external subcontractors to ensure availability and successful delivery.
• Lead people management activities including hiring, goal setting, performance management, and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing technology projects, specifically in software development or systems integration.
• Experience in RPA/AI roles within a Global System Integrator, Big 4, or equivalent consulting practice.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proficiency with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Open Span.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Azure DevOps for project tracking.
• Proven ability to build processes and manage release schedules on a global scale.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
