Lead end-to-end project delivery and coordination for complex technical programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery by managing scheduling, task allocation, and progress tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications, activities, and timelines.
• Manage client relationships and oversee the performance of offshore teams.
• Prepare weekly status reports and lead walkthroughs with customers.
• Drive process improvements and optimization across the program lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in program management.
• Expertise in stakeholder and customer management.
• Proficiency in risk management and change management.
• Experience with resource management and budget management.
• Ability to handle conflict management and post-project evaluations.
• Skills in program-level data and metrics-based reporting.
• Strong documentation and technology oversight capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
