Description

You will lead complex technology programs, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery across interconnected projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and expectations.
• Lead planning sessions including epic grooming, dependency identification, effort sizing, and release planning.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and Scrum-of-Scrums meetings.
• Oversee sprint execution, testing strategies, defect management, and release activities.
• Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and resolve scheduling conflicts to meet deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Strong facilitation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks in a demanding environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe.
• Deep understanding of financial services, banking, payments, or fintech domains.
