Description

You will lead multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams through the full lifecycle of complex technical programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute programs from planning and documentation through to market delivery.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams across different geographic locations.
  • Analyze technical problems, establish facts, and deduce effective solutions.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Travel internationally for project requirements and short-term assignments.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project engineering, system engineering, or project engineering management at the product or system level.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale programs and projects.
  • Direct experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering or science-based discipline.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Established project management methodologies and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Subsea industry experience.
