Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects and high-priority matrix objectives in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business strategies and organizational goals.
• Manage project execution by tracking schedules, assessing risks, and formulating mitigation plans to ensure timely completion.
• Own the project budget by monitoring expenditures, updating financial actuals, and creating high-level baseline forecasts in coordination with IT Project Controllers.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, development staff, and executive leadership through formal presentations and status reports.
• Mentor junior and mid-level project managers on project management disciplines and the project life cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program and project management.
• Proven track record developing enterprise-class solutions with technical, creative, and UX teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial forecasting.
• Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and DevOps practices.
