Description

You will lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment for ongoing technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and deployment.
• Organize sprint cycles by breaking down, estimating, and assigning tasks to the team.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and deviations from the plan.
• Lead project status meetings and prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage client and vendor relationships.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Agile and hybrid IT project management.
• Technical background with working knowledge of Java.
• Strong proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent Agile project management tools.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
