Lead complex technical projects focused on execution and delivery within the automotive domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project schedules and Gantt charts.
• Oversee project execution using established methodologies.
• Interface with engineering and manufacturing teams on technical deliverables.
• Track and report project status using data visualization tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong domain experience with automotive interior trim systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes including injection molding, die casting, covering, welding, mechanical assembly, and post-processing.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
• Ability to manage project timelines and dependencies.
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools.
