Facilitate Scrum processes and coordinate end-to-end delivery for complex cross-functional projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate planning, execution, testing, validation, and deployment to ensure timely releases.
• Track delivery metrics like velocity and cycle time to identify improvement areas.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, escalating issues early to prevent delays.
• Partner with product owners to refine features and align scope with capacity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira for backlog management and reporting.
• Proficiency with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with release management and governance requirements.
• Proven ability to facilitate complex projects in on-site environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting post-release validation activities.
• Strong servant leadership and communication skills.
