Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and manage the critical path.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical environments.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years in technical program or product management.
• 3+ years of software development experience with a proven background in development rather than QA or Business Analysis.
• Experience managing projects involving Cloud, CI/CD, Microservices, or APIs.
• Technical familiarity with Java/.Net, Angular, Node.js, or React.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
