You will manage full-cycle technical recruitment for US IT staffing.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to meet immediate staffing requirements.
• Source and vet technical candidates for various IT roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely placement.
• Work onsite in Hyderabad during the required shift hours.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US IT staffing.
• Proven track record of managing technical recruitment cycles.
• Availability to work the 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM shift.
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad.
