Description

Lead end-to-end IT recruitment cycles for US and international markets while managing a team of recruiters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of senior recruiters in managing recruitment activities and client relationships.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment for Contract, Permanent, and C2H positions across EUC L1/L2 and Desktop Support categories.
• Source candidates through job portals including Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, and Yahoo Hot Jobs.
• Coordinate with managers and clients to schedule interviews, analyze feedback, and close hiring gaps.
• Develop and grow a client base by marketing staffing services and conducting cold calls to identify decision makers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on the US IT industry.
• Proven expertise managing EUC L1/L2 and Desktop Support talent categories in the USCA region.
• Experience in client handling, team leadership, and sales-driven recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Dynamics CRM.
• Excellent business English communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and database management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evening, or night shifts to cover US time zones.
