Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Proven track record in technical talent acquisition.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume technical hiring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for niche engineering disciplines.
