You will manage the full lifecycle of US IT staffing processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end US IT staffing processes.
• Source candidates using job boards and specialized platforms.
• Manage candidate data through ATS tools.
• Communicate with candidates via written and verbal channels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Proven expertise in Sourcing and Networking.
• Deep understanding of software technologies.
• Proficiency with job boards including Dice and Monster.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Ceipal.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work US shift hours.
• Graduate degree in any field.
