Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within a Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate requirement analysis sessions, workshops, and JAD sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Translate inefficient manual processes into requirements for automated technical solutions.
  • Create and manage Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria within Jira.
  • Produce technical documentation including BRDs, SRDs, process workflows, RAIDQs, and project plans.
  • Conduct root cause investigations for production support and drive stakeholder communication.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Technical Business Analysis experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD implementation.
  • Proficiency in UML diagramming (Use case, Activity, Business Process Diagrams) and web page mock-ups.
  • Strong ability to interpret business documents and governmental regulations.
  • Experience managing backlogs and coordinating with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Salesforce Certification or Business Analyst Certification.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and functional analysis.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for work efficiency.
