You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within a Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirement analysis sessions, workshops, and JAD sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Translate inefficient manual processes into requirements for automated technical solutions.
- Create and manage Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria within Jira.
- Produce technical documentation including BRDs, SRDs, process workflows, RAIDQs, and project plans.
- Conduct root cause investigations for production support and drive stakeholder communication.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Technical Business Analysis experience.
- Experience with Salesforce implementation projects.
- Knowledge of CI/CD implementation.
- Proficiency in UML diagramming (Use case, Activity, Business Process Diagrams) and web page mock-ups.
- Strong ability to interpret business documents and governmental regulations.
- Experience managing backlogs and coordinating with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies and risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Salesforce Certification or Business Analyst Certification.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and functional analysis.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for work efficiency.
