Description

You will lead the end-to-end development of real-time, regulated trading platforms from initial architecture design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and compliant trading platforms.
• Build and optimize order management systems (OMS) and high-frequency trading (HFT) components.
• Design and implement trading strategies including arbitrage, hedging, and market-making.
• Integrate real-time data feeds, WebSockets, and REST APIs for trade execution and price discovery.
• Ensure platform adherence to compliance protocols such as CFTC, SEC, and KYC/AML standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience with enterprise-grade financial platforms.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with FIX Protocol (4.x/5.x) for exchange and broker integration.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in microservices, event-driven systems, and real-time communication protocols.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, and CFTC/SEC frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in regulated prediction markets or commodities/forex trading systems.
• Experience with smart contracts, blockchain integrations, or crypto/DeFi markets.
