Description

You will provide high-level technical support for applications supporting Managed Services ATM fleets and Cash and Logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer-impacting issues as a primary point of escalation.
• Create application monitoring scripts and automate alerts to detect log file issues.
• Perform 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis to resolve escalated incidents.
• Validate system stability following patch deployment processes and coordinate with release management.
• Document install defects, assign severity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes.
• Recommend infrastructure capacity improvements and enhancements to existing macros and utilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in a technical production support role.
• Background in Windows Systems Administration and/or Windows development.
• Hands-on experience with CA Server Automation, including CA ITCM.
• Proficiency in writing SQL for Oracle or SQL Server.
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows systems within multi-tier production and non-production environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Services and Virtual Services.
• Experience operating within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL production support best practices.
• Proficiency with Splunk, ExtraHop, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• ATM application knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Azure.
