You will evaluate IT system operations and translate business needs into formal technical requirements. You act as the primary liaison between end users and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate IT system operations to recommend improvements.
• Identify, document, report, and track system issues.
• Translate business requirements into formal technical deliverables.
• Produce detailed technical documentation for system design and architecture.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technical systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Java and Microservices.
• Experience with APIs and testing via Postman.
• Database management using SQL Lite and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system design, and software architecture.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and InfoSec concepts.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
