Description

You evaluate IT system operations and translate business needs into formal technical requirements while serving as the primary liaison between end users and engineering teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate IT system operations to recommend and implement improvements.
• Identify, document, report, and track system issues from detection to resolution.
• Translate business requirements into formal technical deliverables and specifications.
• Produce detailed technical documentation for system design and architecture.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technical systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Java and Microservices development.
• Experience with APIs and testing via Postman.
• Database management using SQLite and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system design, and software architecture.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and InfoSec concepts.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
