Description

You will lead the update of IT standards, policies, and instructions while functioning as the primary writer for deliverables of varying scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation including user guides, integration guides, developer guides, installation instructions, and system operations.
• Create end-user resources such as videos, demos, tutorials, training materials, FAQs, and in-product help documentation.
• Collaborate with IT Project Teams, IT Engineering, IT Support Services, and System Management to gather technical information.
• Review and edit existing policies and manuals for consistency, implementing changes to improve future update efficiency.
• Test products and documentation for accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of professional experience in technical documentation.
• Experience writing software documentation from technical specifications and developer discussions.
• Ability to create graphics to communicate workflow processes and abstract topics.
• Proven experience tailoring content for audiences with different technical skill levels.
• Strong ability to write clearly and succinctly using both formal and casual tones.
• Experience working with IT Project Teams, IT Engineering, IT Support Services, and System Management.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal oversight in changing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field, English, writing, or communications.
