Description

Manage independent projects enhancing HR Business Intelligence platforms and Data Solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and enhancements within the application delivery space.
• Manage project financials, including initial hardware/software budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Agile delivery teams to manage critical path interdependencies and release cycles.
• Oversee multiple implementation vendors and hold them accountable to contract terms.
• Communicate project status and timelines directly to technology executives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technology project management experience within a large-scale matrix organization.
• 5+ years implementing technical projects specifically in the Business Intelligence space, involving PowerBI or Informatica PowerCenter ETL.
• 8+ years of tactical Agile delivery experience, including managing releases and Agile ceremonies.
• Proven experience managing project budgets of at least $5 million.
• Experience delivering cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong financial management skills with a focus on forecast accuracy and cost management.
• Vendor management experience, including contract oversight.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive-level oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently in complex environments without additional guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HR Business Intelligence platforms.
• Background in data solutions architecture.
