You will design, develop, and maintain Teradata databases and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Teradata databases and ETL pipelines.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Implement performance tuning strategies to enhance database efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues while ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to define requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Teradata development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Teradata utilities: BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad, and TPT.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux scripting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Knowledge of BI tools including Tableau and Power BI.
• Exposure to cloud-based data solutions.
