Description

Lead performance testing strategies to ensure system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test plans for load, stress, soak, and volume testing.
• Build, debug, and optimize advanced test scripts in Apache JMeter to simulate complex workflows.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, database, and network layers.
• Integrate JMeter with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Mentor junior team members on performance testing methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in Apache JMeter for script development and optimization.
• Proficiency with Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
• Experience using Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring and analysis.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Ability to generate detailed reports with actionable optimization insights.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to NeoLoad, LoadRunner, or BlazeMeter.
• Experience with performance testing for mobile applications.
