Description

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software quality and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test frameworks using Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
• Execute automated and manual tests to validate application functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to define requirements and improve testing strategies.
• Identify, document, and track defects using version control and issue tracking tools.
• Mentor junior engineers on automation best practices and testing methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
• Extensive experience with Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and API testing.
