Description

You will manage cross-functional delivery teams focused on test automation and own the technical direction of test initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, roadmaps, and solution approaches for automation initiatives.
• Perform requirement analysis, solution design, and effort estimation for test automation.
• Provide technical leadership, including conducting code reviews and mentoring team members.
• Oversee functional, system, and regression testing execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA/Testing, with a focus on test automation.
• Proficiency with API/Microservices testing using RestAssured.
• Strong SQL and database testing capabilities.
• Experience designing and executing comprehensive test plans.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of InSprint Testing and RTM-Testing.
