Description

Own quality assurance for the Dual Message Authorization engineering team within the Payments Network group.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans derived from high-level design documents.
• Write and execute functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests.
• Review traces and logs to ensure complete test path coverage.
• Conduct root cause analysis to generate detailed defects for development teams.
• Collaborate with the QA team to integrate tests into the regression suite.

Required Skills

• Over 7 years of technical experience as a software and/or test engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on test automation skills in Java for unit, functional, and integration testing.
• Experience with Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
• Proficiency with Cucumber, Spock, Groovy, and Cypress.
• Ability to design automated and manual test scenarios for complex systems.
• Knowledge of test strategies including Chaos testing and mutation testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C and Linux.
• Knowledge of the ISO 8583 standard.
