Lead quality assurance by designing and executing testing strategies for software products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for functional, performance, and security domains.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, including scripts, data, and environments.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to prioritize testing requirements.
• Analyze test results and manage defect tracking for timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing using manual and automated methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Appium for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and automation tools.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop technical solutions.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
