Description

Lead testing operations and manage QA engineering teams within an Agile development environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for systems integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Drive business-critical testing efforts to ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Build and lead a team of QA engineers working within a CI/CD model.
• Collaborate with development engineers to maintain scalable continuous build and deployment pipelines.
• Manage the testing governance process to ensure adherence to quality standards and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing or quality assurance roles.
• Proven experience with test strategy and test plan development.
• Experience managing testing for UAT and systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous deployment models.
• Ability to perform functional integration testing via command line and log inspection.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Must be able to travel or relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.
