Description

You lead test strategy and own end-to-end test planning for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on user stories and technical specifications.
• Oversee test execution, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and drive go-no-go decisions using test metrics.
• Assist teams with test design and automation across system, regression, and functional testing.
• Configure and manage test environments and related data strategies.
• Analyze test coverage and identify opportunities for testing process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.
• Expert level grasp of Quality Assurance fundamentals.
• Extensive experience with test automation using Tosca, Tosca DI, or Selenium.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile practices and Jira.
• Knowledge of test management tools, including Jira or qTest.
• Basic software development and scripting skills.
