Description

You own the testing strategy and execution for the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end test strategies covering data, environments, and use case definitions.
• Oversee test execution and facilitate stakeholder reviews for go-no-go decisions.
• Create test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on user stories and business requirements.
• Automate test cases and assist teams with system, regression, functional, and performance testing.
• Monitor quality release by release and identify testing process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of testing experience specifically with the Salesforce Platform.
• Expert grasp of Quality Assurance fundamentals.
• Extensive experience with test automation.
• Familiarity with enterprise test automation suites including Tosca, Tosca DI, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira or qTest.
• Knowledge of Agile practices.
• Basic software development and scripting skills.
